Happy Patch

The Happy Patch Community Garden was launched in September 2011 with the help of grants from the City of Onkaparinga council. The "Patch" is located at the back of the church grounds and features 25 plots.

Vietnam Partnership |

In 2013 our church began a partnership with the Churches of Christ in Vietnam, overseen by Global Mission Partners (the mission arm of Churches of Christ in Australia) . In November of that year our minister and 5 other church members (pictured) visited various sites in Vietnam to determine how our partnership would best serve the people of that country.
Since then, the church has funded the construction of toilets in the Bin Phuc province, and also funded training for church ministers. In November 2015, our minister and another member, Tom Edge, visited Vietnam again where they met with church ministers and were engaged in various training sessions. |
School Mentoring |
A number of our church members are involved in a mentoring program which sees them go into the local primary school to provide one-to-one mentoring to children in need for one hour per week.
